3142 Parkview
Bordered by the Pleasant Ridge business district to the north, Nativity Catholic Church and School to the east and Pleasant Ridge Park to the south, 3142 Parkview is a 45' x 114' lot with a Residential Mixed (RMX) zoning, which permits the construction of 1-3 family dwellings. The lot slopes up from the street but levels off to provide a flat building site. The result is a lot conducive to a long, narrow house plan with a side driveway leading to a detached rear garage, similar to other homes on the street. Prior to closing on the lot, I was able to determine the availability of utilities, have the soils tested for buildability and hazardous materials, and confirm the title was free and clear. A few trees and overgrown shrubs were also removed from the site as required for construction. Below are some images of the site.
