With the concrete footers at the Starter Home 2.0 project needing a day for curing before the form work for the foundation walls can be set-up, I thought sharing this UrbanCincy.com article on the impact UC's Niehoff Urban Studio & Community Design Center has had on the City of Cincinnati over the past 12+ years would be more interesting than blogging about concrete drying. I mentioned in a previous post of the lasting impacts being a student in the Neihoff Studio and graduate assistant with the Community Design Center has had on my career to this point and where I would like to take things in the future, so it is great to see others recognizing its value as well.
