Primary Drain-Waste-Vent Piping (DWV) Installed
Yesterday the underslab plumbing rough-ins were installed at the Starter Home 2.0 project for the sump pump, basement floor drain and laundry, basement bathroom (future use), and all the remaining plumbing fixtures on the first and second floors. The DWV piping is sloped to exit the southeast corner of the house where it will connect to the public sewer in the street. Next steps are installation of the underslab vapor barrier and pouring of the basement floor slab with framing set to start next week.
