Tub & Shower Wall Tile Installed
Tile work continued on the Starter Home 2.0 project Wednesday with the tub and shower tile surrounds getting set in place and prepared for grouting later today. A few design details worth noting about the wall tile installation include a floor to ceiling tile field, metal edging strips in lieu of bull nose, and a built in shower shelf, all of which work together to enhance the clean, contemporary aesthetic of the home. Later today I am meeting with a rep from Basco and the builder to pick out a shower door enclosure and accessories, so I'll be sure to post updates on where that conversations leads in terms of selections.
