Hauling & Grading for Front Steps & Drive
Before massive thunderstorms rolled through the Cincinnati region on Friday night, the excavation crew that dug the hole for the foundation were back on site hauling debris and dirt off and around the property, and grading the yard in preparation for the pouring of the concrete driveway and steps and landings leading down to the drive from the front porch. With the old chain link fence at the back of the lot removed and the new privacy fence yet to be installed, the excavators took advantage of the rear yard backing up directly into a public parking lot, using that space as a staging area for their vehicles and equipment, which made the site much more accessible than it has been in the past.
