Parkview Rehab for Sale
This past week, the house being rehabbed two doors down from the Starter Home 2.0 Pleasant Ridge project went on the market (here is the listing), so if anyone is looking for a home in a welcoming, walkable neighborhood, it might be worth checking out. I'm interested to see what the house sells for, because unlike the comparable sales used in my latest appraisal for refinancing, this one will actually be somewhat reflective of the Starter Home 2.0's true market value.
