Residential Tax Abatement Application Approved
Over the holiday weekend I received a letter in the mail from the City of Cincinnati notifying me that my application for the City of Cincinnati 10-Year Residential Tax Abatement for New Construction was approved and that I will be receiving a follow-up letter describing the specific terms of the abatement once the necessary valuations for the abatement are determined.
