Electrical Pre-Construction Walkthrough
On Wednesday morning I met with my builder, Richard and his electrician, Dan (who also worked on the Starter Home 2.0 project) to do a pre-construction walk of the Oakley Home 2.0 to confirm the locations and types of switches, outlets and light fixtures in the project prior to starting the electrical rough-ins. Using my tablet, I was able to digitally mark-up the PDFs of the construction drawings as we made our way around the house to document all proposed field changes and below is an image of the end result. These changes will be formally incorporated into updated drawings in upcoming days and distributed back to the team in order to build off of.
