New & Improved Plan Layout
After reviewing the finished basement design in recent days prior to framing on those walls getting underway, I decided to revise the layout slightly to provide more usable wall space in the bedroom. Below is the screenshot of what I am now proposing, which is essentially just reducing the size of the walk-in closet and relocating the door to the bathroom to a different wall. My feeling is this will make the basement function a lot better whether it is used as a bedroom or additional living space and thinking about where to locate a bed. couch and TV.
