SHEATHING & NEW VIEW

First Floor Sheathing Installed

Taking advantage of the ideal weather conditions over the weekend, the framers were able to complete the installation of the first floor sheathing and begin to layout the lumber that will be used to frame the exterior walls this week. With the OSB sheathing down I was able to walk to the back edge of the home and look out over the backyard as if I was out on the deck, which was a pretty cool view and one that I captured in the photo series below along with a couple other images of the recent work completed.
