Roof Trusses Set & Sheathed
On Wednesday morning a crane arrived at the Oakley Home 2.0 lot and was able to help hoist the roof trusses up on to the top of the second floor, where the framing crew was able to set and sheath the various structural members. With the main roof structure in place, the house now has its final form (with the exception of the front porch and rear deck) and it is nice to see how the shape of the home is fitting in so well with the surrounding neighborhood context.
