Window Trim & Door Casing Progress
The trim carpenters were back at work on Wednesday to get a start on installing the trim around the windows and casing around the door frames previously shimmed into place throughout the interior of the Oakley Home 2.0 project. The trim used in this project is pine, which not only has a great finish look when painted, but is also highly durable and resilient to moisture (unlike MDF, which swells up like a balloon when exposed to just a little water).
