Grading, Sidewalk & Apron Prep
Prep work started on the new sidewalk and driveway apron Thursday with demo of the existing sidewalk, site grading and laying-out the downspout drainage pipe to daylight at the street curb. The pipe, which looks to be in need of a few bends to navigate around the nearby landscape wall and cleanouts will be set on Friday prior to the gravel base and concrete being poured.
