First Floor I-Joists Installed
I was pleasantly suprised driving by the Oakley Home 2.0 project site on Sunday to see the framing crew starting work on installing the sill plates, I-Joists, LVLs and rim board associated with the first floor structure. After several hours of work, the framers were able to complete the initial framing, setting the stage for sheathing work to begin. Below are some pictures from Sunday's activity.
