The house next door to the Oakley Home 2.0 @ 3874 Isabella was recently listed for sale on the Real Estate MLS and looking through the photos posted by the real estate agent, it is pretty hard not to notice the construction project going on in the neighboring lot.
As far as construction progress goes, the plumbing rough-ins were inspected, pressure tested, and approved by the building inspector on Monday and the video walkthrough below shows the current state of the first floor rough-ins that are now mostly complete (minus the electrical work).
