Rear Composite Decking Installation
While the Nook construction and caulking of all the trim was taking place on Friday in the interior of the Oakley Home 2.0 @ 3874 Isabella, the Trex 'Clam Shell' composite decking was being installed over the rear deck joist framing on the exterior exterior of the house. Diagonal 2x12 braces were also added to the structure to improve the connections between the columns and beam to better prevent any sway. Photo documentation below.
