Kitchen Base Cabinet Trim Paneling
November got off to a productive start on Wednesday with trim work resuming on the Oakley Home 2.0 interior. The signature install of the day was the low wall paneling on the back side of the kitchen cabinets, which will eventually become the breakfast bar once the quartz countertop overhang is installed. A combination of plywood and trim pieces were used to clad the 2x4 low wall framing in a style that is designed to mirror the shaker style cabinet doors. Below are some progress images of the work completed on this element, which will eventually all be painted white.
